Catherine Buerkle brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Marketing Manager. A former entrepreneur herself offering user experience and online technical communication services, she has extensive experience defining and writing interactive content for a broad array of industries and applications. Her work has garnered several international and best of show awards over the years, and she is a strong user advocate and an evangelist for applying practical and sound methodologies to business practices. Catherine has returned to Michigan after living in Germany for six years, where she also worked as a technical interpreter and business analyst.
Kathleen Boelter

Kathleen holds an MBA in Finance and manages our financial operations, end-to-end, here at Pure Visibility. She has extensive experience working at both startup and large manufacturing companies, and enjoys variety in her work. Her analytical and problem solving skills are a real asset, effectively identifying and addressing operational and business issues while impacting the bottom line.
Andrew Grohowski

Andrew has spent the past seven years in the search marketing industry, managing in many different capacities; including search engine optimization, pay per click management, and web data analysis. His interests lie in visitor analysis and remarketing.
Amy Wright-Olsen
Project Manager (Project Wrangler)
Amy is absolutely thrilled to be part of the dynamic and brilliant Pure Visibility team. With a diverse background that includes marketing, writing, education, and graphic design, Amy brings creativity and an eye for innovative solutions to her clients. She has an MA in Creative Writing and a BA in Music, as well as certifications in software testing and project management. In her free time, she enjoys BBC comedies, vegan cooking, and travel.

Andy’s extensive education includes an MBA from Michigan State; he is also a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. He has extensive experience working on international projects in Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands, where he was instrumental in the creation of several new initiatives. His business expertise, dedication and can-do attitude are assets to the entire Pure Visibility team!
Scott DeRoche

Scott has spent more than a decade working in the Internet marketing and ecommerce industries. An entrepreneur himself, he has developed several successful online businesses. Scott understands the importance of optimizing websites to increase targeted traffic and enjoys helping
others achieve their business goals through SEO. When he is not sifting through lines of code, Scott can be found playing guitar for a number of bands and has toured extensively throughout North America and Europe.
