Thanks for this information, i really could not figure out why when i set rel author to my companies profile it was not working, now i just set it to my personal profile and i am hoping this would do the trick for the search results. i can&#039;t wait for google to change its policy...

		<description>Thanks for posting this. I really need a solution to being able to post as the company, not as an individual within the company. Creating a profile for the CEO and posting his behalf gets really sticky really fast because you then have to manage his individual profile and interact with people who want to reach the CEO. Employees will come and go and if you outsource content, do you want people finding a profile of someone who created your content, but works as a freelancer? Not so great. Hopefully there will be a solution in the near future.</description>
