Our Project Managers are comfortable working with both clients and fellow Pure Visibility team members to achieve desired results. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and able to balance both client expectations and team member workloads to deliver these results on time and on budget.

Our main office is located in downtown Kerrytown Ann Arbor. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently all working remotely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates for this position will be expected to:

  • Understand overall client objectives and how Pure Visibility supports the client in achieving them
  • Understand project requirements and develop plans to deliver them
  • Schedule and facilitate internal and external meetings
  • Communicate with clients and team members on a continuous basis
  • Plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Create reports on an as-needed basis
  • Manage client relationships
  • Keep appropriate documentation on key meetings and decisions

The ideal candidate for this position should possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
  • A sound understanding of marketing and Internet marketing strategies
  • Project management skills (PMP Certification NOT required) 
  • A minimum of a combined two (2) years of experience in marketing, project management, and/or client support
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and/or related software
  • An ability to effectively and efficiently work independently and in team situations
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.  Ability to learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments.

Work Environment for the Job
